Our BIM Services

We deliver parametric Revit models to agreed Level of Development (LOD), sectioned deliverables (plans, elevations, schedules), model classification and property sets, IFC export for openBIM exchange. Typical deliverables includes: RVT packages, federated IFC(s), model validation report, element schedules along with the LOD matrix. (We work to LOD 100–500 mapping per project EIR).

We produce discipline-specific Revit MEP models with system routing, service zones, connection metadata and fabrication-level detailing when required (LOD 350–400). Our deliverables includes coordinated RVT models, clash reports (Navisworks), MEP shop drawings and IFC for contractors/MEP fabricators.

Custom parametric families (voids, shared parameters, connectors, performance metadata) with naming standards, type catalogs and parameter mapping to facility-management fields (to support AIM / maintenance). Families are tested for performance, nested properly and delivered with documentation and QA checks.

At QeCAD, we specialize in converting scanned or point cloud data into intelligent BIM models to the required LOD that reflect the as-built condition of your project. We deliver final AIM export packages (IFC + RVT + structured property sets), COBie or client CSV handover (if requested), maintenance schedules and an AIM acceptance report.
